The UIS Performing Arts Center at the University of Illinois Springfield offers three state-of-the-art performing arts venues that are available for rent by various organizations, including community groups, not-for-profit entities, and for-profit businesses. These spaces have been used to host a wide variety of events, such as lectures, dance recitals, graduations, theatre productions, and trade shows.

The UIS Studio Theatre is one of the best kept secrets of the University of Illinois Springfield. The UIS Studio Theatre can seat 124 patrons and additional seating can be added depending on configuration.
